Louisa plays a key role in advising senior management on messaging, communications risks and issues and working across large organisations at all levels to influence, challenge and deliver sustainable and focused communications.

With extensive PR and internal communications experience in the public, commercial and NGO sectors, Louisa has led the internal communications for C3i, bringing technological and cultural change to the 45,000 staff of the Metropolitan Police Service. She has also worked on a communications project for 21CN, BT’s radical £10 billion business change programme, designing and developing a fully integrated internal communications strategy for all people-related issues across the 100,000 employee base.

At The Bank of New York Louisa instituted an internal communications function across EMEA and most recently she devised a new identity and strategic communications planning for a key Home Office reform programme.

Louisa's experience in varying aspects of PR ranges from product launches to crisis management and she has represented major organisations such as Unilever, Ikea and 3i. In her time as Communications Director at the international, award winning charity, the Marine Stewardship Council, Louisa worked with international NGOs on sustainability and CR issues. Her work has also included brand development and marketing initiatives.
