To characterise her key strengths Louisa is tenacious, has a can-do attitude and is able to develop relationships and influence at all levels of the organisation from the CEO to the field engineers. One of her most difficult challenges was to harness the disparate communications teams and channels and to develop them into a coordinated virtual team…she has done this remarkably well by being inclusive, helpful and by having a supportive attitude to everyone with whom she has worked.
